Rocky Horror
Taking a step away from TV, I went to the Rocky Horror Picture Show last night at the Tennessee Theater. They have it about this time every year and it's always great. Since it's so fresh in my mind I'm going to write on that.
Rocky Horror is an audience participation movie experience. Most people have no idea what "audience participation" is, mostly because it really doesn't happen all that often anymore. Basically, everyone yells funny comments to the screen (most of the ones in the beginning everyone knows) and through things like toilet paper and cards at certain points. At one point everyone shoots water guns at others while covering their head with newspaper for protection. Also most, but not all, of the audience dresses up for the occasion either as one of the characters or in something very random.
This probably sounds very strange but its a lot of fun and is an awesome experiance.
I have always wanted to go that but never have. I'll have to put a reminder in my phone for next year!
